Online Training Programmes

Overview

In the last 20 years, the GRB has developed an extensive portfolio of training programmes in the fields of management, social, and construction audit. In order to increase participant access, the GRB is in the process of migrating the current in-person delivery model to an online platform.  The objective of the new platform is to use effective online pedagogy to emphasise student-centered training and to employ active learning activities.

The new online training programme is being delivered via the Canvas platform, which is utilised by many of the top global universities. The courses will be self-paced and will include a hybrid of videos, webinars, and assessments (quizzes, essays, additional reading, team assignments, etc.) dispersed throughout the training.

Each course will be facilitated by an experienced GRB management auditor who will: (i) facilitate online discussions; (ii) review assignments; (iii) promote peer learning; (iv) schedule regular check-ins with the students; (v) and mentor students as needed.
